Wedding Dance Bristol
A headline you can touch.
A website for private first-dance lessons in Bristol, designed to feel as personal and nervous-excited as the first dance itself.
The brief
Couples planning a wedding are browsing on their phones, late at night, comparing teachers. The site needed to feel warm and human rather than corporate, explain a process most people have never been through, and turn that interest into a date check.
What we built
We built it around a big, editorial headline that forms out of crimson pixels and reacts to the cursor, a friendly illustrated walk-through of the lessons, and short pages for every town around Bristol so local searches find it.
(Inside the build)
Sections we're proud of.
How it works, illustrated
Six hand-drawn scenes take a couple from a circled date to the first dance, so the process feels simple before anyone has to ask.
Find your style
Each dance style gets its own bold colour card, making a confusing choice feel playful and easy to scan.
The first-dance wish list
Real worries, written in handwriting on black. It speaks the couple's language, then hands them two clear next steps.
A date check, not a contact form
The enquiry asks for the wedding date first, which is the question every couple actually has.
